Over the weekend, I made a trip to Coat Tamay to deliver some gifts from the United States. This bag of awesome-ness was filled with school supplies, pens, notepads, and maps for the library walls.
The goodies came from Kim, Cotton, Dianna, Pogo, Anna and Gus Thompson. Thank you!
The library is looking good these days. They say the kids have read all the books. They need more. So, that’s my next goal for this project. The problem is that it’s hard to find Khmer-language children’s books.
And, I’m posting this last picture because I love it. The kids ask me to take their picture every time. They like looking at themselves afterwards.

A bag of AWESOME-NESS is so right! Love the looks on their faces! Do they have mirrors? It really is such a great picture! We need to talk so we can figure out how to help these children get more books in their language!!!!! Love you! Thanks for doing such GREAT things!
Hey Mom. Yeah, some houses have small mirrors. Some don’t. They’re definitely available at the market in Puok.
LOVE to see their smiling faces! Let us know if you need help with books!!
Love you!
Well Done!
You could write and publish some. You can do anything.
Great pictures. Love to see their smiles and excitement! Great gifts and supplies from the Thompsons!
Love, Kaki
