Twelve Hours and Counting…

I’ve been at school most of Monday, but my host family’s house has continued its massive wedding transformation.  We’re now less than 13 hours from my host sister’s Tuesday 5:00am ceremony.

Of course, I’ve been creeping around with my camera to capture the flurry of activity.  At least a couple dozen people are in the house preparing.

Unbelievable!!!! The decorations are pretty and the sound system is huge!!! That means lots and lots of loud music for hours and hours!!! Yikes!!!! The bride’s nails are really incredible!!! I hope you enjoy a great celebration! I think you are going to need a break from school AFTER the wedding:) :) :)
    Love you Travis

Such a memorable occasion for you to share, Travis, even if you are displaced back to sleeping under a mosquito net on the porch!

You may have to take days off school to recover. It’s beautiful and so amazing. This makes Thompson weddings look small and simple. I’m sure you will take it all in stride. Good luck just the same. Keep us posted. I love the pictures.

I can’t wait for the next round of pictures! Those fingernails are incredible! Hope everything goes smoothly! Have you got some earplugs to wear with that sounds system? Love, Kaki

I thought Katie’s wedding was stressful. I can’t imagine what families do that have 2 or 3 daughters!
